Dear Dylan ships throughout New Zealand via posthaste or courier post and uses DHL Express for international orders.
For international orders: please note the customer is responsible for any additional tax, duties or charges levied by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in the product/order price and vary depending on the country you are shipping to. Dear Dylan has no control over the rates charged by customs. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information regarding import charges.
Once your order has been packaged, processed and collected by the courier you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. All orders will be dispatched the following business day with the exception of holiday and promotional periods (please allow 2-5 business days for dispatch during high volume periods). Delivery timeframes are an indication only, Dear Dylan will not be held accountable for delayed shipping although we will always endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Please note: we cannot ship to a PO BOX, please provide a residential or business address during checkout.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact dear dylan via email within seven business days of receiving your delivery to request a return. Please include your order number, full name and the reason for return. Returns must be shipped back using a tracked shipping method. All return costs are that of the customer.
To be eligible for return all products must be unworn in new condition with all tags attached. Please ensure when trying on garments you do not mark them with make-up. We reserve the right to refuse a return should the garments be worn or marked.

Full Price: Full price stock is eligible for exchange, store credit or refund.
Sale: Sale stock is eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Final Sale: Final sale stock is not eligible for return, all sales are final, unless faulty.

Dear dylan offers complimentary shipping (where applicable) with the understanding the customer will keep the goods purchased. If you choose to return your order please note dear dylan will retain shipping costs incurred. All return costs are that of the customer.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Please note all items are thoroughly checked before dispatch but in the unfortunate event a fault is found or your order is damaged in transit please contact dear dylan via email with 48hrs of arrival. A full refund including shipping charges will be provided. Please note we do not offer refunds for general wear and tear.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during checkout and my take up to 7 business days to clear.
