We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information regarding import charges. 

Once your order has been packaged, processed and collected by the courier you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. All orders will be dispatched the following business day with the exception of holiday and promotional periods (please allow 2-5 business days for dispatch during high volume periods). To be eligible for return all products must be unworn in new condition with all tags attached. Please ensure when trying on garments you do not mark them with make-up. We reserve the right to refuse a return should the garments be worn or marked.
